The Chamber of Sectors rejected Sector 2’s proposal to increase the duty-free traveller allowance for table sugar to one kilogram. Sector 1’s delegation voted unanimously against it. The allowance applies per person and entry and cannot be transferred.
The Reserve Office is fully stocked. No release has been authorised since the Dextro ban came into force. The size of the reserve remains classified.
