What the authority is responsible for
The Memorial Fountain commemorates the energy transition of 2 June 1969. Drinks are free of charge, and the capital provides the cups.

Orange and Orange Zero
The central jet serves Orange during standard operation and Orange Zero on the two special days.

Only the published register provides authoritative information on which flavour is served at each tap.
Special programme on two days
On 11 January and 14 November, the taps serve Mystic Dragon, Jungle Drink, Safari Fruits, and a limited flavour that changes each year. The Central Council of Diabetics chooses the annual flavour for both days.
